Deposit Policy

All deposits are nonrefundable and nontransferable.

  • Illness or Other Issues: If you're feeling ill or foresee any issues that might necessitate rescheduling, please contact us immediately, not on the day of the appointment.

  • Change of Project Scope: If you decide to change your project to something significantly different from what was originally agreed upon at booking, this is considered a cancellation. You will forfeit your deposit unless the artist agrees to the new project.

  • Late Arrival: There is a 30-minute grace period for late arrivals. After this period, you will be considered a no-show, the appointment will be canceled, and you will forfeit your deposit.

  • No-Show: If you do not show up for your appointment, you will forfeit your deposit.

  • Cancellation: If you cancel your appointment at any time, you will forfeit your deposit.

  • Rescheduling More Than 72 Hours Before Appointment: If you request to reschedule at least 72 hours before your appointment but do not commit to a new date at that time, this is considered a cancellation. A new deposit will be required for any future booking.

  • Rescheduling Less Than 72 Hours Before Appointment: If you request to reschedule less than 72 hours before your appointment, you will forfeit your deposit. A new deposit will be required to book another appointment.

  • Multiple Rescheduling: We typically accommodate up to 2 reschedule requests if contacted at least 72 hours prior to the appointment. Subsequent reschedule requests are at the artist's discretion and may require a new deposit. Rates may change if rescheduling occurs multiple times or more than a year after the original booking.

I appreciate your time and ask that you respect mine as well.

Thank you!
