His work spans surrealism, sci-fi, fantasy, and symbolic realism — blending technical precision with emotional depth. He’s not interested in flash or fads. He’s here to make timeless pieces that honor the weight of someone’s story, crafted with intention, shaped by experience, and built to last.

Noelin’s journey began in Anchorage, Alaska, where he picked up a machine in 1997 and never looked back. He’s since tattooed in some of the most respected shops across the U.S. and Europe, toured with Ozzfest, and competed on Ink Master: Master Shop, representing Team Basilica and placing third in the live finale. His career has taken him across the globe — but his values have stayed the same: craftsmanship, connection, and creative integrity.

Today, Noelin travels full-time with his wife and their three young boys — twin sons and their younger brother — rotating between Austin, TX • Las Vegas, NV • Yelm, WA • and Missoula, MT. He tattoos out of carefully chosen studios in each location, bringing high-level work to people who don’t just want a tattoo — they want a collaborative, story-driven experience with an artist they trust.

His clients range from blue-collar collectors to soulful entrepreneurs, but they all share one thing in common: they’re not here for trends — they’re here for meaning.
